For this transaction, MIO Group was supported by the Investment Banking team at <strong>EBN Banco<\/strong>, which structured a tailor-made corporate financing solution.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Growth and Continuity of the Management Team<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In line with MIO Group\u2019s commitment to excellence and business continuity, Firma\u2019s founding partners\u2014Marc Lite, Ant\u00f3n Pinyol, and Andrea Arrieta\u2014will continue to be involved in the company\u2019s day-to-day operations.
