Yesterday took place the 22nd edition of the Best Workplaces 2024 ranking, in which MIO Group has been recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Spain. It should be noted that MIO Group has been the only marketing and sales services company which has entered this prestigious ranking, which was announced this week at an in-person awards event held at the Casa de Monico in Madrid by Great Place to Work®, the leading consulting firm in building and certifying great places to work. This year, the Great Place To Work® consulting firm analyzed 423 companies of different sizes and sectors, which involved the opinion of more than 394,231 workers.
Following a diagnosis of the organizational environment, which includes sending a questionnaire to employees and a specific assessment of the people management culture, MIO Group has obtained this recognition, which certifies that it is an organization with a a high-confidence culture, in which your staff is motivated to give their best.
Among the responses given by the MIO Group employees surveyed, the high percentage of satisfaction (97%) with the accessibility of the company’s senior management stands out. In addition, employees highlight the level of the company’s facilities (97% satisfaction) and the work-life balance (96%). Finally, they point out that the company is an organization committed to diversity and equal treatment among all the people who make up its teams.
