Yesterday marked the 22nd edition of the Best Workplaces 2024 ranking, in which MIO Group was recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Spain. It is worth noting that MIO Group was the only marketing and sales services company to make this prestigious list, which was announced this week at an in-person awards ceremony held at Casa de Mónico in Madrid, by the consulting firm Great Place to Work®, a leader in creating and certifying excellent workplaces. This year, Great Place to Work® analyzed 423 companies of various sizes and across different sectors, which involved gathering feedback from more than 394,231 employees.
Following an assessment of the organizational environment—which included distributing a questionnaire to employees and conducting a specific evaluation of the people management culture— MIO Group has received this recognition, which attests that it is an organization with a culture of high trust, where its workforce is motivated to give its best.
Among the responses given by the MIO Group employees surveyed, the high percentage of satisfaction (97%) with the accessibility of the company’s senior management stands out. In addition, employees highlight the level of the company’s facilities (97% satisfaction) and the work-life balance (96%). Finally, they point out that the company is an organization committed to diversity and equal treatment among all the people who make up its teams.
