- Company Opens New Office in Madrid After Completing Its Integration into the MIO Group.
- The founding team remains in charge to ensure the project’s continuity.
- The expansion strengthens the strategic partnership with leading brands in the domestic and international markets.
Madrid, May 30, 2025. Yesterday, Firma celebrated the grand opening of its new offices in downtown Madrid, further solidifying its integration into the MIO Group ecosystem. At a relaxed event attended by clients, partners, and executives, the branding consultancy unveiled its new offices, located in the heart of the capital, next to the iconic Puerta de Alcalá. The event was attended by Yago Arbeloa, president of MIO Group, who highlighted the strategic value to the group of having Firma fully integrated. In addition, Marc Lite, Andrea Arrieta, and Antón Pinyol, founding partners of Firma, shared their vision for the firm’s future and the importance of this new milestone in Madrid.
Fernando Lázaro, head of Creative Services for the group, commented that “having Firma in our Madrid offices represents a decisive step for MIO Group. Their expertise in branding and their ability to create brands with real impact expand and enrich our ecosystem. This integration allows us to offer more comprehensive creative solutions and strengthen our value proposition for both domestic and international clients.”
The opening follows MIO Group’s acquisition of 100% of Firma, announced last March. The transaction, valued at 12 million euros, strengthens the group’s position in the branding sector and allows Firma to operate more seamlessly with the rest of the business units, optimizing synergies and resources.
“In the past, we made strategic moves into other markets, such as Miami, but given the current situation, we felt that the most logical step was to come to Madrid. We’re excited about this new phase and convinced that it will be key to our continued growth and to connecting with major brands,” said Antón Pinyol, founding partner of Firma.
With a team of more than 80 professionals, Firma has worked on projects for brands such as Banco Sabadell, Mahou, PepsiCo, Cupra, and Wallapop, establishing itself as a leader in the development of strategic brand identities and brand assets.
