MioGroup, a strategic consulting firm specializing in marketing services and digital transformation, announced on Monday, September 26, the acquisition of the remaining equity in artyco, a company specializing in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies. This marks the culmination of a process that began in April 2021, when both companies signed a purchase agreement. Since then, MioGroup has integrated artyco’s data management, processing, and utilization, enabling it to transform data into information and insights to design and execute personalized and automated digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Following its initial investment in the company, artyco has continued to innovate its services thanks to the group’s expanded investment capabilities; the group has been committed to technology since its inception. In addition, it has complemented the offerings of the group’s other companies and has provided the ability to gain deeper insights into clients’ businesses through data, as well as the capacity to effectively drive sales. With this full integration, MioGroup further strengthens its value proposition centered on data services, where it already offers advanced measurement and analytics, business intelligence and customer insights, CRM, and CDP, among other solutions. The company’s main clients include the FIAT Group, Mercedes-Benz, Mahou San Miguel, Habitat, Alain Afflelou, IAB Spain, Plan International, Aldeas Infantiles, Tous, Burger King, and Bodegas Ramón Bilbao.
Álvaro Cabrera, CEO of MioGroup, emphasized that this transaction “This demonstrates that Artyco’s integration into MioGroup, after just over a year, has been a success. We have been able to provide even more benefits and expertise to our clients thanks to our investment in high-value-added services that complement those of the rest of the group. The benefit to our clients is clear, and it has enabled us to report revenue of 35 million euros this August—a 14% increase over the first “semester of the previous fiscal year.”
MioGroup continues to execute its inorganic growth strategy with the goal of becoming the national leader in the sector. In this regard, the company also announced, during the first half of the year, the acquisition of two companies: Datarmony, which specializes in developing data analytics solutions based on artificial intelligence and machine learning, and FIRMA, a brand consulting firm specializing in brand creation and development, creativity, and digital production. Both companies are headquartered in Barcelona and also add an office in Miami to the Group’s international presence.
