In April 2022, the consulting firm Great Place To Work® announced its prestigious “Best Workplaces Spain 2022” ranking, in which MioGroup was named one of the best places to work in Spain. After being certified last year as a Great Place to Work company®, this year MioGroup has been recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Spain. At MioGroup, we’ve ranked 8th in the 101–250 employees category—a ranking that excites us and motivates us to continue transforming our workplace into a place where people can not only reach their full potential as professionals but also as individuals, enjoying their day-to-day work and the constant challenges we set for ourselves as a company.
Nine out of 10 MioGroup employees said the company is a Great Place to Work, achieving a Trust Index© score of 85%. This index measures the Employee Experience across 15 sub-dimensions related to the aspects an employee must experience in order to consider their company an Excellent Place to Work.
To be included in this ranking, employees’ ratings of the company must show a Trust Index© of at least 70%. In addition, companies must provide information on their policies and practices regarding employee care and management.
The results were announced on April 7 by the consulting firm Great Place To Work® at an in-person gala held at the Royal Tapestry Factory in Madrid.
For the 2022 edition, the consulting firm analyzed 364 companies of various sizes and across different sectors, which involved gathering feedback from 430,672 employees.
Being part of Great Place To Work means that MioGroup is a company that strives for excellent business results while also taking care of the people who are part of its organization. It understands the value of each member of the group in achieving the goals it has set for itself.
This assessment of the organizational environment provided by Great Place To Work® also confirms that MioGroup is an organization with a culture of high trust, where its employees are motivated to give their best.
Specifically, the survey results reveal that employees particularly value“Welcome and support” (96%), “Management’s overall vision” (95%), and“Managers’ honesty” (94%), among other factors.
