The consulting firm Great Place To Work® announces the 20th edition of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Spain Ranking
- Following last year’s certification, MioGroup ranks 8th in the category of 101 to 250 employees

MioGroup, a strategic consulting firm specializing in the integration of marketing services and digital transformation, has ranked 8th in the 101–250 employees category as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Spain in the 2022 Best Workplaces Spain Ranking. The prestigious ranking, now in its 20th edition, was announced at an in-person awards gala held at the Real Fábrica de Tapices in Madrid by Great Place to Work®, a leading firm in the development and certification of Excellent Workplaces. For the 2022 edition, Great Place to Work® analyzed 364 companies of various sizes and across different sectors, gathering feedback from 430,672 employees.
Following an assessment of the organizational environment—which included distributing a questionnaire to employees and conducting a specific evaluation of the people management culture— MioGroup has received this recognition, which attests that it is an organization with a culture of high trust, where its workforce is motivated to give its best.
Specifically, the survey results reveal the high regard in which employees hold the following aspects: Welcome and onboarding (96%), Management’s overall vision (95%), and Managers’ honesty (94%), among other issues.
